If you don’t agree — that’s cool — but don’t use the site or buy our stuff.
“Retail Slut,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Retail Slut LLC and its associated brands under the PK Records Ecosystem (including Retail Slut Records, Wild Planet Records, Take Back the Power Records, and MindUnmasked Charity).
2. Products & Availability
We specialize in limited-edition, artist-made, and vintage pieces.
That means once they’re gone — they’re gone.
We do our best to describe every item accurately, but colors, fit, and details may vary slightly from what you see online (especially with handmade and vintage pieces).
We reserve the right to:

3. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment options provided at checkout.
Taxes are applied where required by law.
Once payment is processed, orders cannot be altered — so double-check before you click confirm.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide (unless your country bans the word “Slut” — it’s happened).
Processing times are typically 3–7 business days, not including weekends or holidays.
Shipping costs and times vary by location and carrier.
Retail Slut is not responsible for delays, customs fees, or items lost or damaged during transit — though we’ll help you navigate it if possible.

In short: returns are accepted for defective or incorrect items only, and must be approved within 7 days of delivery.
Custom, vintage, or sale items are final sale.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including logos, images, designs, artwork, and text — is the property of Retail Slut or the credited artists and collaborators.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without explicit written consent.

7. Collaborations & Artist Submissions
We love creative rebellion — but all collaborations, demos, and submissions must be cleared through PK Records or Retail Slut Records.
By submitting content, you grant us the right to use, display, and promote your work in connection with our brand (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
8. Privacy Policy
Your data stays yours.
We collect only what’s necessary to process orders, improve your experience, and keep you in the loop about drops and events.
We’ll never sell your info to third parties — we’re not that kind of corporation.
