We Get It — Sometimes Things Don’t Fit the Vibe
At Retail Slut, we want you to love what you wear — whether it’s handmade, vintage, or brand-new punk couture.
Because many of our items are limited-edition, artist-made, or custom, we keep returns tight but fair.
Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:

The item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described.

You contact us within 7 days of delivery.

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition (tags attached, no cigarette smell, pet hair, or glitter explosions).

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Custom, made-to-order, or altered items

Intimates, swimwear, or jewelry

Zines, records, or digital media

Sale and clearance items
-
Vintage pieces (they’ve already lived a life — embrace the imperfections)
Process

Email us at returns@retailslut.com with your order number and reason for return.

If approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and shipping address.

Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.

Once inspected, refunds (minus shipping) are issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or our mistake.

Exchanges
​
Need a different size or style? We’ll hook you up if it’s in stock.
Otherwise, we’ll issue store credit so you can grab something else that screams you.

Refunds
​
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
​
Once shipped, items are in the hands of the postal gods. We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll do our best to help you track them down.
